The concept behind Meneset is to provide active adults interested in enjoying the best part of their lives with an affordable, carefree, natural environment. Meneset's location is ideal in that it is close to all services, amenities and activities as well as providing the serenity of a natural setting.

Meneset is a 230 home community with the potential for 260 homes. The well treed lots range in size from 50 by 80 feet to 60 by 100 feet. The community is located one mile north of Goderich.
